The 3?? was a model-like a 501 0r 901-Or 801.
Know it wasn't ohm reference.
Was all about either MORE vapor or flavor--old mind can't recall which though!!!!!

Thanks anyway tybin

A "306". It is one of the nicest dripping atty's out there. Check Avidvaper.com for a real "Cisco" LR 306. You can get 1.5 or 2.0 ohm style. I use the 1.5ohm on 3.7 MODS and also eGo (understand the risk/reward when using eGo) and the 2.0ohm on VV Mods and eGo's. Hope that helps.

Yep think that is the one--recall the Cisco now
What is the "risk/reward' side?
So the 2.0 would be safer on Ego??
Slap me and I will get it sooner or later :)

Thanks

Simple the 1.5 ohm draws pretty hard on the eGo batts and can shorten the life. Especially if there is a week MOSFET on the board. However I have used them for well over six months and NEVER had an issue on an eGo batt. Others have though. For me the risk to a less than $20 batt was and is worth the reward. The 2.0 ohm draws less current and is easier on the batt. Now the real question is what do you want? The 1.5 is awesome. Killer TH and huge vapor, but some weaker (fruity type juices) can be overpowered by this atty. It is warmer than any other LR since your throat is closer to the coil. The 2.0 is nice too, it is just less of an animal than the 1.5. Also note the 306 is a real juice ..... and will plow through sauce like it is its job! If you do go w/the Cisco keep them wet and do not vape them dry. They will last a long time if treated well but will die a quick death if run too hot (chain vaped).

the 306's from avid are great! They are not the cheapest option though.

That is correct but IMO they are the best option. I have tried other LR 306's and while they are nice atty's they have all been a step below the Cisco's. I have not had the opertunity to try the Iken line of 306's yet since there has been "no stock" for sometime. It is my understanding though that the Iken's are in the same league as the Cisco's. I have found that when it comes to atty's it is often better to spend the $$$ on quality versus value. Since you also have a VV though the value option can be overcome by dialing up the voltage to compensate. My advise for the Cisco's was because OP only has one voltage option and side by side on a eGo the Cisco will outperform the value atty everyday.

I started out with 306 (well not quite started--i went through some generic box sets first.) they did vape well but i was buying generic and burnt through an awful lot. I switched to 510s and had better luck keeping em running but still seemed to run through them awfully fast compared to what i read on here--switched to cartomizers for a while but they rarely came close on flavor performance etc. i switched to an ego-tank last week--taste and vapor closer to the dripping side but even more convenient than cartomizers EXCEPT can't drip, changing flavors is a hassle and the carts are very brittle plastic and pretty close to disposable (at about a buck a piece not bad) the atomizer is holding up day 5. anyway dropped in here looking for drip-friendly fit an ego batt without hassle and a drip trip that looks like it belong on top of the cone/fits over the atty.
i notice now this OP was under liquids--but i guess looking for an atty on to which to drip is kind of a liquid discussion --ok i know its not ---well i didn't start this thread...
