So I have this battery. Its fully charged, and when I put it in the charger then it blinks 3 times. When I take it off the charger, the light is very VERY dimley light. It was doing this yesterday and I slammed it against the wall and it worked. Today, its not working. The light is constantly dimley lit and it wont react to anything.

Its a manual. and its not very old. Prolly not even a month of use on it. I still have a older batt that works, and Ive never had an atty bust on me.
It sucks cause I only have one left after this.

My geniusness solved it. Well kinda my addiction and curiosity
I removed the light cover, pushed on the chip part thats in there, tapped it twice on the table and bam. Problem solved.

The printed circuit board at the "ash" end of the PV is just for the LED. It doesn't have anything to do with power delivery. My guess would be that the pressure compressed one of the battery connections. And anything that can be nudged... will usually "un-nudge" itself in time! ;-)
