Are the cartomizers really worth using? I've been wanting to try them so I ordered some. Not sure if they will work out because I doubt they run as hot as the Joye atomizers. I'd love to get some feedback...

I think they're worth using just for the time between filling or topping off. I think the biggest hassle for me with atomizers was all the tinkering, filling, dripping, leaking...you get the point. LOL I do love the hassle free vaping with cartomizers, for sure.
