510 Cartos?

Who sells great and long lasting 510 cartos? I plan to mod them into dripping atties once the juice runs dry. So that functionality is important.

What is the difference between hard and soft tips? I believe I always had hard tip.
I'm more interested in Premium's as they are significantly cheaper. Can't beat $1.60!

I ordered 10 silver soft-tip'ed cartos from ikenvape ^^. I think this order is more for my friends than me. My friend D. and P. are always burning holes in their wallets from atties. They never want to buy more and they are one flavor kinda of people
