Sorry if this is a bit redundant. I've searched around for info concerning the 510 mega atty for the ego, but can't quite find the info I'm looking for.

I haven't been able to get mine to work quite right. I washed it out in alcohol, let it dry, and charged it with 6 drops of fluid. I didn't quite put enough fluid in the cartridge at first. There is no burnt taste, it gurgles loudly, but almost no vapor at all is produced. I thought that perhaps I needed a different battery from the standard ego 650 mah, 3.7v? Any advice is greatly appreciated!

It's flooded. You're going to have to fiddle with the cart to figure out how much and what type of filler works for you.

I ended up with a ~3mm wide strip of blue foam spun into a spiral and inserted as a sort of cap. It works most of the time but overall the opening on those carts is just too huge and it's hard to hit the sweet spot between dry and flooding because of their design.

Thanks much. I had blown it out once before, but now I'll go ahead and clean it, and try charging with less. I had similar thoughts about the cart design, thanks for the info!

Edit to add: I just blew it out for the second time, got three drops out of it, and it is vaping like it should!

6 Drops for a mega ego atty cart, I put in like 15 to 20 drops. Using the blue foam cut width wise to size of the cart then and double the lenght of the cart. Fold it in half and stuff into cart, trim as need to be flush with the top of the cart. When full, I first vap with the batttery pointed up and come slowly down as the juice goes. No gurgles or other noise.
