510 pcc question

I ordered a 306 from jason and wanted to know if it will fit a 501 pcc. Jason told me the atomizers work together and parts are interchangeable. But i wanted to know if anyone tested this..

I have a wedding this morning. But after that im going straight to the post office to get it all go through it and get it up on the site

It will charge the battery but needs a shim (pen cap or other tbd) to make up the additional 1cm needed to make contact with the lid of the PCC. I will post pics once I find the perfect shim.

whats funny is i have like 50 306 kits.. and i randomly took batteries from each of them and tested them in random pcc's.. they work.. the only reason it wouldnt is if you got a 306A model with is 89 mm instead of 98mm like the normal 306.. my very early 306 models were 306 a's.. but not any more.aall are standard 98mm 306's and if you look on the packaging for the pcc.. it states 510/306.. i would be interested in seeing your battery that doesnt work right.. does your pcc not have the spring in the bottom???
