I am very excited about these and am a few moments from ordering a couple atties and some tanks. I have been having issues with the eGo tanks atties, especially the LR B's.

The question is: The Ego-T type As and Bs don't handle dark juices very well. Does any of you guys know if the 510-Ts handle darker juices better than the eGo Tanks?

Thanks :vapor:

I got a 510 t set up and an ego.
I bought some boge cartomizers and have been experimenting for the last 2 weeks.
So far my favorite is the 510 tank on the ego battery.
It is very consistent, there is no mystery as to how full it is and I have had no leaking problems.
I am going threw 2 tanks a day on one battery.
I like the 510 manual batteries if I want to use something smaller.
I have even put the 510 tank on my auto mini blu batteries.
I don't get as good a hit with the blu batteries but I like having a small auto to hang out of my mouth when working on something that frustrates me.
Having gear that works and is consistent is keeping me off standard cigarettes.
Hope this info is helpful to someone.

I just wanted to say, that I am very happy that I converted my standard 510's to the 510-t. I had my original 510 kits since 09, decided to quit once again in 11, so here I am. Ordered from electronicstix.com, because i've never had a problem with their items. Keep in mind, i'm a simpleton when it comes to e-cigs. I don't know jack about high and low resistance, and all these mods, that make my head spin. So, when I did a little research and saw these new 510-t tanks, they sounded like the way to go. I'm so happy I did. I'm getting so much vapor, and the ease of use, is helping me quit analogs, so much easier. Seeing how much juice you have left in the tank, is another bonus, and to me it beats carts hands down. I haven't used cartomizers, but with the performance of my 510-t, I have no reason to. For now, 510-t is the weapon of choice, if you aren't into modding, and want the simplest, fuss free analog replacement.

I'm on the 510-t bandwagon too! I've been using these since cignot started carrying them. They are by far the BEST system I've used in 2 years of vaping. I did have some trouble finding the right cleaning method for them. They seem to get clogged pretty easily. After LOTS of trial and error I bought an ultra sonic jewelry cleaner, tried vodka, didn't work, IPA, worked but ate my paint off...then Vicki (cignot) suggested water...I boiled distilled water, put it in the jewelry cleaner, ran it on high for 45 minutes and VOILA! Perfectly cleaned atties with paint intact! These are so much better for flavor AND vapor than the EGO-T's and I actually like the smaller tanks; I change flavors with every new tank full!

I guess there might be something wrong with my 510 tank kits then... Cause I'm not getting the great results some here are. I wanted to try them as filling polyfibre wool carts is a pain in the ..., we all know that. Plus the tank kits look to hold more and would on the surface seem a more 'pure' way of vaping your liquid.

For me though it's been disappointing. Every single one of my liquids I've tried has had about half the flavour and needs to be inhaled a lot longer then my wool carts to get the same amount if vapour. I don't know why, but tanks really kill the flavour of my juices. At first i thought it a VG thing, but I've since tried PG only and some 50/50 stuff and all seem dull on flavour.

My tanks don't leak and they do 'work as such' but the massive hit in taste and throat hit for me sees me returning to carts. Will be trying cartomisers next.

I'll admit, the 510-t is a very reliable atomizer for a tank. Prior to this, i was using only std Ego-T type A attys and they hardly lasted past 3 weeks before it was too hard to use it again. I also believe i'm a fairly heavy vaper (5-7 mL average a day).

I've been vaping my 510-T for a bit over 2 weeks now for one atty and it has not shown any of the symptoms that the ego-t type As have shown me, (clogging, lots of gunking up, taste decrease, etc). I have cleaned it once with just microwaved filtered water and still worked after. I do recommend blowing the leftover juice (from the battery side) every night before going to bed or when not using it for a long time to prevent possible drying and gunking of the atty. I do have another one but I believe it is a faulty one and currently trying to get it replaced with a new one (tank comes off REALLY easily, leaks up the ying yang, and very tight draw). Another good thing i noticed is that the tank holes are bigger on the 510-T tanks and I was easily able to just use a dropper bottle to fill it up through the hole. One peeve i have though is having to refill the tank A LOT. I can easily go through a tank in 30 min with the ego-t type A tanks so you can kind of see how many times i had to fill up the 510-T tanks (standard tanks). I do notice though is that the atty gets REALLY hot after 2 or 3 toots so it would not be good for people like me with the PV glued to the hands and mouth 24/7 HAHA! Overall, if you are a light to moderate vaper, i HIGHLY recommend it. Heavy vapers, i would suggest staying away just because the juice capacity is way too low and heats up way too fast (risk of popping a coil early if not careful about taking breaks) to satisfy a heavy vaper.
