Not that one specifically, but I did with the original Ego-T attys. There wasn't a lot of material in there to hold juice, so had to drip often, but it worked. I suspect the 510-T would work much the same

If there's not enough material in there around the coil to hold your juice, you could always insert a little cotton or a bonut
