510 tank recommendation? (Non-ego)

Have a friend that has an innokin Lea. It has a standard 510 connector. Any tank suggestions?
The vivi nova is too large for this battery. It looks awkward.
The only DCT I've tried was a no go because the tip isn't secure enough to keep in pocket.

Maybe a Vision Nano or Phoenix Bottom Coil (aka CE3)?

The choices for so-called "stick batteries" or "cigalikes" are extremely limited due to the extremely slim form factor. As Ocelot has suggested, the Nano clearomizer or the Got Vapes Phoenix or Fluxomizer are about your only options.
