510 Thin Versus Thick Band Atomizers

Can someone please explain what, if any, is the difference between the thick and thin band atomizers for the 510?

Im looking to stock up and want to know if its worth specifying.
Is one older? Does one work better than another? Or is is just a style?

there is also the suppossed new attys that innovapor had. i have all three and dont really notice anything in performance like some people do. the only thing i notice is the once you put a cart on the "new" ones they are really loose on the thin and gold band attys. the new ones have a wider bridge and a washer at the bottom. they supposedly burn hotter and last longer. i have been using them the most but i pulled out the old ones and havent noticed much other than the cart fit. hope this helps.

The wide band attys are really just like the narrow band attys. It is just a cosmetic change and is specified by some companies. All the true 510 attys are manufactured by Joye.

I'm using one of the large band attys now it is just fine. Earlier today I was using one of the thing band. Seems the same to me. My large band atty's came from innovapor and the thin bands came from everywhere else.

they are all the same unless they have a brass washer inside(clearly visible) those would be jsb 510's not joye 510s.
