510 users careful of the tips

A few weeks ago I had bronchitis which is no big deal, I get it every year since I can remember.
I was coughing up a storm. When trying to vape a coughing fit started in the mid inhale and I bit down on the tip of the cartridge to my atty and the little plastic insert in the mouth piece went into the back of my throat. I tried to gag it up but no go. I figured I just swallowed it. Well, since then my bronchitis has gotten much better but I still have an occasional cough. Today I was sitting in my chair and I got a small cough which led to me practically gagging and out pops the damn tip of the cartridge.
Funny thing is I no longer feel like there is something in the back of my throat. It never occurred to me that this plastic piece would be lodged back in my throat or my airway.

Be careful, do NOT bite down on that piece, I'm not trying to scare anyone but damn, it could have been worse.
Completely my fault I know, just thought I'd let everyone know that it can happen.

Thinking back i believe 9 days. It had to be lodged in my airway, I've been eating/drinking with no problems. When it came up i had what I can only describe, well a huge relief in my chest, like I had a weight on it and it was lifted.

I am. Since i choked that thing up i'm coughing up all kinds of phlegm most likely due to the bronchitis I had. When it was in my throat I was hardly coughing up anything. No fun. I've hardly used my inhaler. Glad that .... is over and everything turned out ok, could have lost a lung to a little plastic piece.
