I was wondering if the V2 fitting will thread into the original Don and if so when they would be available for purchase?

I've been wondering this as well but I'm not the right person to answer. But I have the original don and the V2 looks like it has a different top sleeve. So my guess is no but we'll wait and see 
I think both the V1 and V2 Don threading are 801 so you can use the new 510 fitting on either.
The internal threading is the same on both so you can use any of the 510, 901 and 801 fittings. They should be available late this week.
