probably Boge's then would be my guess and if so the LR510'S ROCK in my book

I use an eGo and I don't think the LRs work too well on it. I assume they are great with ecigs that are over 3.7 volts.

No... I was looking HC's 510-D cartos with the soft cap. I prefer Boges as (for me anyway) they have always been dependable, and I've never gotten a DOA. So if I am understanding everyone correctly, the ones at Health Cabin are not Boges because they have an O-ring instead of a slotted bottom? Is that correct? I'm confused because I'm looking at a known Boge right now... and I see 3 tiny holes just below the threads, but don't see any slots. But I not sure I'm seeing an O-ring either (?) Any more hints to identification?

And I thought all colored cartomizers were silver under the tape...isn't it the color of the "threads" that are an indicator of some brands? I just now pulled the black tape off my carto with gold threads...but the body of the carto is silver colored. I have problems with the cartos with the gold colored threads and don't order them any more. I try to stick with Boges, but not all the vendors mention the brand on their websites. And some vendors won't tell you when you ask, not sure why.

One I have in LR are silver on the bottom the non LR are Gold on bottom, I get mine Bulk from EM,hate to mention another suppier in this thread but wanted to answer the question so Amy please don't spank me, but there dirt cheap and work great, the newer ones have a great filler inside that will NOT BURN, I love then on my Ego as well as any Mod with an AW IMR Batt in it

The ones currently sold on HC have silver threads, hard top, slot on threaded end and no o-ring. So mwa says they are probably Boge. It is my understanding from another thread that Amy said they have a few soft tips, which you can get if you order the ones that are on the site and just mention in the comments section that you would like the soft tips instead. However, I do not know if they still have any of those left, and they are not listed on the website.

But neither of these are LR.

Best way to use anything LR is with an IMR batt thats for sure and AW's rule in that ballpark handsdown, LR draws 2 amp, reg Atty or Carto draws 1 amp so using on an Ego or anything that's not an IMR or IC Batt then you are over stressing your Batt, it will work but Batt life will be shortened for sure, stick with the AW IMR & IC Batts with the LR stuff and you will be way better off for sure

Boge makes a varity of differen cartos, reg, LR, soft cap, hard cap, I prefer the LR Soft cap at 3.7 and the Reg ones soft cap with 5v, I run these often especially when driving the car, bike, boat and keep a drip tip on them for easy refill. Then when home or where Im not driving run Attys

Thanks everyone for all the info, but since I am apparently a village idiot...I remain confused about which one HC actually sells. LOL! Sorry, some of us (specifically...me in this case) are just are a little slower on processing this stuff. I sent a PM to Amy, maybe she will share the actual brand with me. Then I will pass on the info if its okay with her. Thanks again all...I appreciate your valiant attempts to educate me. Aloha!

Aloha, Are your 510D blank cartomizers Boges? I see they have silver threads, which usually means Boge (I think). thanks!

Yes. our 510D blank cartomizers are made by Boges, most of them are new ones with soft removable caps. :)

Btw, we expect to get LR 510D blank cartos next weekend.

Thanks so much Amy for resolving the 510d Boge blank carto issue "officially". I was making everyone else here crazy with my questions. I'm sure they are relieved to be rid of me LOL! So when I place an order, I just make sure I send a note that I want soft removable caps. Great! Boges have always worked so well for me and I'm so happy to know you carry them.
