just thought i would bring it up but the tiny little 5ml bottles i order from you guys leak consistently unless they are stored upright, so today like when i receive an order, it has usually leaked out about half onto everything else into the package, or if they fall over in my tackle box I use to organize all this stuff it will leak all over that as well. Anybody else have these problems?

Hmm.. I've never had one of the 5ml bottles leak, even during a trip where they were flying all around the little tackle box I was using as a carry case. What kinda ratio are you looking at for leakage?
I did have a 20ml bottle leak a little a LONG time ago.. This was back when V4L had 20ml bottles, lol. But it stopped after I tightened the cap a bit.

I had one 5ml bottle that leaked in my box recently. I figured I didn't tighten it all the way after using it. I purchased 5 of them with my first order a couple weeks ago and when the package arrived it kind of smelled like one was leaking but I couldn't find anything that it would have leaked on so I think it was just the strongest smelling of the bunch.
Not sure what to say there jmoney..... I've been storing the 5 ml bottles on their side, in a craft type divider box, for 7 months now and never have had a leaky one. These are both new & opened ones.
Ive been using them for a long time and never had one leak.I carry them in my coach bag !!Woulnt do that if they leaked.
strange, its the second bottle in two months i've had issues with, I lose literally half of my liquid in the mail, its not that big of a deal since the bottles are only 2 dollars i just I hate getting that junk all over my hands
I've got my 5ml bottle in a bag, loose, with all my other gear, and haven't had a problem except once- I didn't have the cap tightened. I pop the top off of mine pretty frequently to refill it, so I'm in the habit of putting the cap back on really, really tight lately. They are tough little things, and I'm kind of shocked that I haven't busted mine from overtightening yet.
Yeah, sorry, but I've never had a 5mL bottle (or any other juice bottle) leak either and only 1 bottle is stored upright. I just toss them all in a bag and have never seen any signs of them leaking.

You mush have gotten a couple of flawed bottles. I am souther then you and haven't had any problems....except when i was dumb enough to squeeze too hard and pop the dripper tip off and spill juice all over the place!
It's getting over 100 FAHRENHEIT every day here in New Mexico, so I understand totally what you mean by the heat.
I have a couple dozen 5 ml. bottles laying on their sides in my tackle box and I just looked to see and none have leaked. Don't know what the problem is.

Lucky! I hate living in Michigan. It been over 2yrs since we've had a day over 100 and it's not looking too promising this year either.
I dunno if I'd call it lucky... I'm used to england weather where it's the same in the summer as it is in the winter.
I have had only one out of 50 or so leak on me. I replaced the dropper lid portion with one from an empty and it ceased to leak.
I have noticed that on the new bottles I sometimes get a drip from the bottom of the lid section along with the tip. Can get a bit messy but I still like the genie shaped bottles best for storage efficiency.

LOL Oh don't get me wrong. I *hate* seasons with a passion, especially winter. I really would just prefer it to be hot all the time! Anything under 80 is just cold.
