I've recently turned to 5V vaping after buying some Smoketech Dual Coil Cartomizers and holy jebus I am just blown away that I don't think I could ever go back to 3.7V and after trying 6V I realized that it's a bit too harsh and 5V is really where it's at.

Right now I'm using these on a Reo Grand, but given that the cartomizer replaces the need for a bottle feeder I'm looking to downsize. I'm currently using a 4.8 Volt NiMH battery which works great because of the dimensions but 600mAh isn't going to cut it for me.

My question is this: is a VV mod my only option if I want to vape @ 5V using a 18650 battery? From my research it looks like the Provari would be the only best option but it's a bit steep.

Thanks for any input

Sounds like a sweet mod, but I'm assuming it's a box mod if you're packing 2 18650s in there - I'm really leaning more towards a tube mod though just because it's much easier to carry around.

U can make one my vv uses 2 18650 bats i get 1 1/2- 2 days of heavy vaping from it with 4 18650s and parts i bet it was under 40-50$
