I primarily use 510 devices. I have settled on using HV Attys for my 5-6v devices and LR Attys/Cartos on my 3.7v devices. The HV Attys I'm using (nHaler and EM) produce voluminous, warm vapor and seem to last longer than regular 510 Attys. I drip and only blow the Attys out when needed (I have given up washing, rinsing, soaking, etc. as this seems to lower the longevity of the Attys).
You can definitely use regular Attys on an HV
device, but with a significantly shorter life span.
