I've posted a couple of times in response to other posts but I haven't formally introduced myself. I smoked for almost 20 years. I was a light smoker most of the time (except when I was stressed or out drinking), but still addicted and couldn't put them down until I started vapeing about 6 weeks ago. I got my Ego in the mail and haven't had an analog since! I love it. I turned a friend on to vapeing and she loves it too. I've spent a lot more on supplies than I ever did on cigarettes, but I figure that will subside over time. I have tried the Ego, the Ego W and have just ordered a Gtank. I'm happy to be here. I am the type of person who researches the heck out of everything and have found this forum to be invaluable.

Hi psychodancer! Welcome to ECF. Congrats on your 6 weeks, when you think about it that is quite an accomplishment, especially if you think about how it would be if you had just gone cold turkey.

well done on your six weeks , going into my 6th month now with no craving for a cigarette, just wait till you reach around the 3-4 month mark , if your anything like me your taste-buds will suddenly come alive and juices you thought were weak can taste fantastic .

Same story here Psycho! Off 14 weeks and so pleased with all aspects of vaping. I just ordered a Provari in an effort to curb my spending... Lol. I spent a lot on lesser devices and am at the point where I want the ability to get all I can from my juices. No price could compare to how good I feel now. The stress of using analogs weighed on me always as did my inability to get away from them. Something that seemed impossible happened the moment I first vaped. Good luck and good vaping, let's not look back!!
LOL glad i'm not the only one spending more than cigs atm. I felt like I was just going crazy trying everything. but now I have a Lavatube , and feel satisfied with its performance. I can now focus on finding a few more favorite juices. my sister and mother both have started vaping and two of my friends have switched aswell. i'm working on a couple of coworkers and hope i'll play a part in bringing down the tobacco companies, who have sucked up my money and kept selling me a damaging product.........Thank God I found E-cigs ...My wife , who doesn't smoke is so happy I smell better too.. plus the teeth are whitening up quite nicely!!!
