Hey guys and gals, I was just looking for some advice regarding attys. Yesterday I popped 2 attys and I'm looking for a solution.

The attys that popped on me were older ones that were mainly used @ 3.7v for about a month each before I threw them on the sb. 1 lasted about 1 week at 6v and the other lasted about a day.

My question is should I be using new attys at 6v? Should I use old attys? Does it even matter at all? lol. These 2 attys didn't perform well @ 3.7 so they may have had one foot in the grave and I just finished them off.

This really isn't too big of a deal since the attys were old but I don't really want to be going through new attys at this rate.

Happy vaping

I use regular 510 attys at 6v on my SB all the time. Never popped one yet. (fingers crossed) I do change them out every 2 weeks and drip with them though. The trick with regular attys at 6v, and Low resistance attys at 3.7v is KEEP THEM MOIST.
By the way, where could I order some HV attys if I wanted to try them out? I'm curious...
When I use carts at 6v, I use cartos. They seem to work great

Thanks for the link Rob. I'll wait for yours to arrive. I'm in no hurry, and would rather support you and your business. I've had nothing but incredible service from you guys, and would like to see your operation grow, even if its just buying a couple attys.... and a dbsb top, and a SB PT, and some higher nic juice, and..... jeeze... I better stop myself..
