Booker my friend I have been uaing an LR and HV 801 Since I have had my AVS as well as 901 & 510, I really like the LR801, anduse the stock mouth piece they give you or a soft tip like they have, I use prefer the soft tip, you have to open up your CR on the 801 and take very lite draws until it unfloods. I do work my CR when using the 801 and I think you have to but its worth it for me because I like 801LR ON AVS

MWA my as well as me loving 801LR attys on AVS friend. Lemmie get it right - you say opening CR (like fully open for eg. ) will unflood atty? My impression was as much CR is open this much liquid is feed into atty? I though I was flooding atty with too much CR open.

Also, do you use the top o-ring?
Also, how much liquid do you pour to the main tank? I mean below 801 thread, or above?

Penstyle attys are my favs, and penstyle LR are heaven - I really want this working on AVS :D

Cheers MWA!

Booker,

I don't know if it's just me or what, but I fill my darn tank to the freaking brim, well as much as I can get in it without out overflowing it when I screw on my top cap and I use all Orings since the Atty sticks way above the AVS. All it takes is a very light pull, as for the CR I'm finding it's a bit different with using an 801 compared to a 510/901 maybe it has to do with the bigger bottom of the 801 and adapter I'm not sure but I'm finding I use the CR more with the 801 and opening it up more and it's not flooding, now this could be that I'm also using an LR801. I surely don't have every trick or know everything yet since I have only had it for 3 days, but believe me I will soon enough, haha

Very good results on BE112LR I must say.

Trying 801 VHV now @ 7.4.

And btw. the o-ring from 510 lid (the one for adjustable draw feature without AVS) though a bit small on the outside seem to fit nicely. (well, definitely better than 901 one supplied with AVS).

The China adapter seem to be way to high though. 1ml of liquid is left unused.

Booker screw that 801 right onto the bottom tank threads, put AVS together and then fill, put on top cap and mouth piece and vape, you have to hold the button end up higher then the mouth end fot the best hit, check it out buddy, I use mine like this with the LR801 & HV 801 always, no adapters needed and great vape

I know this works for you MWA, my friend. (and aslo for few other ppl)

I'm just getting the liquid going down from top tank to the collector tank too fast, and it goes off via the vent holes. There's no way you can control it mate.

I had very nice results with long 901-801 adapter, just got it long and I was left out with 2ml or so of the liquid unused. But I found ivapour-elixir.co.uk got short adapters so I ordered it just now.
