801 vs 901 atty

I 'm sure this is in here somewhere but finding a specific thread about using 801 901 is daunting. I tried.

I primarily use a 510. I hear that the 801 901 are better for subtle flavors so I plan to get an adapter. So here's the questions for those of you who have used both.

Which one is better for dripping or dipping?
Which one is better with the blue foam mod?
Is one any better @ 5volts?
Does one draw easier than the other?
Does one last longer than the other.
Which one is shorter.

Any thing I'm forgetting?

I'll give it a shot as I have both 801/901 and no 510

Either for dripping though the 801 has a bigger 'mouth'

Neigher for dipping - heating coil and bridge are at the bottom of the atty

Haven't tried 5v myself but read a lot on 801's being tougher for HV

Easier draw is kinda tough - 901 has outside hole and 801 can have 4-holes. 801's on my JStick and very easy draw but harder on a usb passthru

"last longer" is totally up in the air - have had long/short lasting with both

901 will fit inside an 801 and then some - 901 very close to 510 size.

If I had the counter at the bottom I would have to have one that said $200 saved $400 spent.

I found that the 801 is good and has less burnt taste than the RN4075 but true 901 atties work great too!

You will be very pleased with the draw on both, they have similar draw but the 4 hole 801 wins!

Does one last longer than the other.

Nope, both pop regularly on 6 volts and last about the same on 3.7 volts!

Which one is shorter.

The 901 is a smaller attie!

I'll eventually probably have both. Right now I'm trying not to spend to much.

I would note that the vapor is warmer on a 901 and feels more like analog 'to me'. My sister loves them (RN4075 version of 901). I personally LOVE the 801 (BE112)... large clouds of vapor but it is cooler vapor.

My cartridges hold a crapload of juice compared to 901/510.

I've been off analogs longer than she has and I don't feel the need for the heat and throat hit. I think it is really a personal preference and you should try both when you can.

Oh, I tried the 510 and would say the 901 is much closer in feel than the 801 for direct comparison.
