808 to 510 adapter

i have a BMF and a riva...got an adapter from gotvapes so i could use the bloog cartos on the latter but...when i screw the adapter in all the way so it "bottoms out", the battery light starts blinking. when i un-screw the adapter, lift up the battery post and screw the adapter in half ways, it works fine. are all 808 to 510 adapters like this? i have a shipments of bmf cartos coming....would like some help. TIA

you could try adding some solder onto side of the adapter your screwing onto the bat to make it hit the battery post better

it hits the battery post more than enough actually...the middle post on the adapter is so long that it pushes the battery post too far into the battery it self. maybe i need to find a washer of some sort. one would think these would work fine out the box.

ya thats weird dont know. hope someone has some input i needa order a 901 to 808 and 901 to 510 adapter hopin they work fine out of the box.
