As I posted in this thread, my alien 220w fried and I sent it in to Mapvapes for warranty. I repeatedly emailed and called, not once could I find out how it was going. Today I came back to my office from a meeting and found a box on my desk. In that box I found this...

My gold/black, actually a still wrapped in the box, alien. I pretty much given up ever seeing it again.

Glad it came but now have to figure out what to do with it.

Hmm, given my experience with Madvapes I'm surprised you saw it again. I'm not entirely sure what the rules are here about complaining about vendors, so I won't go into detail but... it is my impression that they've at the very least been going through a rough patch.

Did my share of complaining about them, even here on ECF. The lack of communication was/is my biggest complaint.

Yep, that's certainly a big part of my complaints. After significantly more than 82 days and a lot of one-way communication I'm on the verge of charging back an order with them. I did look here to see if they had a vendor forum, but it seems to have closed down a while back. I'm _very_ hesitant to charge things back, because I once had actual merchant accounts (before the days of internet payment processors,) and I know how much trouble chargebacks cause. But there comes a point...

Well, if you got your Alien back maybe they are getting it back together and I will make one more attempt to communicate with them. I've hit rough patches with businesses of my own in the past, but the lack of communication is really a problem.
