I'm finding that my 901 cartridges become very loose very quickly (I refill with liquid, so I pull them on and off a lot). Anyone have any fixes for this, other than using new cartridges??

I haven't found a way to remedy the problem without switching carts.. You can also use the one that came with your ecig if you run out.. just pull the little brown cartridge piece out of the cap and snap it into the fresh one.
Some carts just fit better than others. It's a quality control thing that the manufacturers haven't sorted out yet. Don't bin any mouthpieces until you've tested the fit of the new cart. If the old mouthpiece fits more snuggly, just swap the brown receptacle and gauze over.
The best fitting carts snap into the atomiser with a reassuring click, and don't move about unless you force them to. If you come across one of these, keep hold of the mouthpiece and guard it with your life

thats so odd. i've had exactly the opposite happen. it seems with each new cart the fight is tighter and tighter. i suppose it's just like what was said, it's all manufacturer differences.

Biting gently the end of the atomiser works for me but my preferred method is to just find a cart/atomiser combo that works, some packs of cartridges just never fit right for me so no dangling it from my mouth when in the bathroom hehe!
