We have gotten more e-mails than we'd like to receive regarding issues with the switch and poor output of vapor production so we removed this product from the site immediately upon it appeared that there may be an issue here...

The test units were very nice and continue to work great, but there is a potential problem here that we are trying to find out more about before we will sell this product again.

Signs that yours might be affected:

  • LED doesn't stay lit for long when taking a drag
  • Poor vapor output
  • General unhappiness with product
  • Cursing at electronic cigarette
If anyone received one of the new 901s from us and it isn't working to your satisfaction, please send us an e-mail and we will work to resolve this issue. We will gladly switch you to a different model or refund your money. If it's working great for you keep using it :)

We are awaiting further feedback from customers to determine if it is just a fluke, but for now this product is not for sale...Trying to keep only the good stuff out there in Vapor Land :)

Ben

Hats Off to syntaxevasion!

I am Really Happy To Hear There Are Some Vendors Out There That Are Smart Business People & Not Selling "Possible Defective" Units to Their Customers.

I Wish There Was More Vendors Out Their Like You!

Here Is a Recent Experience from Another Company and there Statements:

Oh we are sorry, we had some battery "duds" out there (Their technical term "duds", "we had some duds"), oh we will send you out a New "dud", ooppsss I mean a tested battery, that was tested by the building janitor! LOL!

Thank You syntaxevasion for Making this Possible Issue Public & Not Ripping Off Your Customers!

Keep Vapin!

LOL.... This is not unheard of :)

I've got my local regulars and have met some great people in the area. 100 miles would probably be a new record, however.
Well I have to commute to Sarasota/Bradenton area for work everyday from Punta Gorda, so Tampa isn't too much further if your out of juice!:D

Hey Ben,
I received mine on Monday. So far none of the above for me. I had a great test drive with it yesterday. I have been on the fence for a couple of months doing both analogs and ecig. Yesterday and so far today not 1 analog and no real desire, 901klr works great to me so far. The only thing I noticed that was odd was the led lit up after I detached the atomizer, is that normal and never noticed before or should I be concerned?

By the way I tried the menthol and did not like it at all (childhood trauma) anyway I noticed that I can't get rid of that flavor from that atomizer, Ive read plenty of threads, but is there a recommended way of cleaning the atomizer?

Get in touch, I'll make this right.
Ben

No worries.

They work fine for dripping, and with a slightly modified technique they’re not bad with cartridges. It took the better part of a day to get the atomizer up to speed and broken in I think. I’m not going to return 'em.

Thanks, though ... I appreciate your willingness to fix any problems. You know I'll be back. ;)

Good to hear Nori :)

People have had success with just washing them out with warm water, set them upright on a paper towel overnight so they can dry out before using again and you should be set. In the case the atomizer starts getting clogged up with juice deposits, people have also had good luck with boiling them for 10 minutes or so, letting them dry, and carrying on as usual.[/quote]
