My name is Alex and I am a member of staff within Totally Wicked. I just wanted to say a BIG hello to all and let you know I am here for your questions, queries and general comments.

I will be managing the Totally Wicked section of ECF on a daily basis and would love nothing more than to help you with any help or information you need regarding your account or Totally Wicked in general.

I would like to add, that your US staff so far has been fabulous with customer service in regard to myself and I truly appreciate it.

I plan to put up a thread tomorrow giving further information on the new Tornado tank. It is a shame you cannot watch video as one of our forum members is planning on doing a live opening/review of a sample we have sent him. He will be one of the first to receive.

For anyone else who may be interested the following thread on Totally Wicked's forum will be kept up to date with when this will be taking place: Live Unboxing and Review of the Tornado Tank!!!!

At the moment it is stuck in New York customs so we are unable to give a definitive date on the live review.

Yes the village sold off the wifi. I am awaiting for the new entity at this time. Until then its all about dial-up. Oh I forgot I could look on my computer at work as well.

We have actually created the listings for the Tank ready to go on sale as soon as we receive them.

We should have them in around Wednesday or Thursday next week although I am still waiting on a definate date!
