Just figured since I always end up search this site for answers to my questions I might as well create an account. Hello all!
This isn't my first rodeo with an c-cig. In 2010, I let a guy at a Flea Market in Tampa, FL talk me into a over priced piece of crap ecig. I paid $50 bucks for what tasted like burnt plastic. That's the only way to explain it. Needless to say I went back to my trusty ol' Camel Wides for the next year and a half. It wasn't until 2011 that I decided I wanted to try another e-cig. I purchased a kr808d-1 from alvinecigs.com for around $30 with a bottle of liquid that was supposed to taste like Andes Mints. It wasn't horrible but after a few weeks, I gave up. It wasn't the same. It wasn't enough! I was so used to those Camel Wides. It wasn't until May of this year that I decided that I really wanted to at least cut back on cigarettes. A friend of mine from work started selling eGo-T kits on the side. 30 bucks! For a 1100mah kit? and you'll fill the tank for free so I can start puffin' asap? Sweet deal. I smoked my last cigarette around 5pm on May 24th and immediately switched over to the e-cig. 6 weeks and 3 days without a cigarette. I haven't even craved one!
(Just a little FYI, I was a little bit of a psycho without cigarettes. The last time I tried to quit cold turkey, I made it about 4 days before I was cursing out my boss. Who curses out their boss to their face? More importantly, who does that and doesn't get fired?! I digress. Someone put a cigarette and a lighter in my hand and told me to get lost for 15 minutes. )
Now, I'm obsessed. Since then, I've ordered a passthrough and a Vivi Nova. I plan on upgrading when my finances allow it. I have become my friend's best customer. She even named the custom liquid I requested after me and started selling it since it was a pretty big hit among everyone that has tried it.
That was a bit long winded, but what can I say. I love to vape! and I love to talk about it.
