I gotta say, for me, Blu and Tasty Vapor is a great combo.

I was lured in by Blu's kit price and the styling/size. I did find the prefilled carts to be less than satisfying. I bought a couple extra batteries, some extra atty's, did the PTB (pyramid tea bag) mod and got a USB passthrough from Volcanoecigs. I'm a pretty happy camper. I was a social smoker to begin with so having to vape all day long was not an issue for me, neither was huge vapor clouds or tons of throat hit. The USB passthrough is great for the car and sitting at my computer, both activities I do a fair bit of. I hear that some ecigs of the high voltage variety tend to lessen the flavor of the liquids, so the Blu is good for me

I tried a couple of ejuices from other places before finding Tasty Vapor. Sad that I wasted my money. A good ejuice takes care of the vapor and TH issues. My only issue with Tasty Vapor is wanting to try all of their products. To not spend all that money, my next move is to get on the forum and trade or buy some samples from folks. I've started enjoying vaping so much that I'm having to cut down on the nicotine in my juice.

My future purchases for my Blu will be through Volcanoecigs for their cart caps, empty carts and atty's (when mine die.)

I just wanted to post my experience with the Blu. There's a lot of bashing that goes on, but it's a pretty good intro e-cig and pretty good for my use.

Happy vaping everyone

if you DO want to upgrade down the road, the 510 atty (including the volcano M model) will fit on a blu.

not a fan of the blu myself, but if it's working for you, and keeping you away from analogs, who am i to judge???

for juice, viking vapor has 7.5 mL trial sizes for $2.99 each, hundreds of flavors to choose from.

datsvapor is also offering a 6x3mL sample pack for $5. freedomsmokes is currently offering something similar.

Congratulations on your move to e-cigs... since you've already found Volcano's site you have an alternate location for supplies in the event blu is out of stock.

I've been using different variations of the PTB material and like it a lot better than the other recommended fillers... the PTB doesn't distort the flavor like the other stuff does.

PS: Read up on cartomizers before going that route, they tend to burn...

Happy Vaping!

Volcano and blu are the same models (L88B).

Volcano/blu and Magma have the same threading (so they can screw into each other) but the Magma is thicker (diameter) than the Volcano/blu so when mixed, they don't look correct.

Also, chargers are separate... can't charge a Volcano/blu in a Magma charger and can't charge a Magma in a Volcano/blu Charger...

Thanks for the info ! So if I want to get Volcano cartridges I would get the Volcano and NOT the Magma?
