1. Is there any place I can buy flavor concentrates that are mixed and 'ready to go', meaning I add one flavored liquid to my pg-vg-nic? I want to start DIY but right now I'm working 65 hours a week and have NO time to fiddle and experiment. For the past year I've vaped only one flavor, something called Mach 10 from ITCvape.com. A coffee-like flavor similar to that would probably get me by until work slows down.

2. My initial order will probably be from MFS. Are any of their plastic bottles suitable for storing nic in the freezer or do I have to go with glass? I'm worried about any glass container sliding out of the freezer and dropping to the floor.

Any other suggestions for a newbie are appreciated.

Most any flavoring can be used as a standalone but One Stop DIY Shop, LLC has a line of flavors and blends that are designed just for that. I've only tried the blue raspberry slush, and I do mix it with other flavors, but it is very good.

Anything I store in the freezer I always keep in glass inside of a heavy duty zip loc bag in case of dropage.

+1 on OSDIY's flavorings. I keep a 4 oz bottle of the Blue Raz Slushy around. The Wild Cherrylicious and Strawberry Milk are good too. Olde Tyme Rootbeer is a very authentic rootbeer flavor. They have some blended flavorings as well. Blue Note is the only one I've tried and it's good. They are not the best deal on PG/VG and nic though. I use MFS for those. But if you don't mind paying higher prices for smaller quantities, OSDIY's VG has a good flavor to it.
