I'm a primarily PG vaper but I'm trying to help out a friend of mine. She's on her third attempt of making a large purchase($100+) of mini-batts, PCCs, and pre-filled cartos in order to quit smoking. the past couple times she's done this she's ended up back on analogs because vaping bothers her throat. I thought she might do better(and save money) refilling cartos herself with 100% VG fluid, but I vape mostly PG, so I have a couple questions:

First of all, what are some good VG vendors? I know AVE is popular, although I haven't tried them yet. I've also heard that some vendors make organic VG juice, which I think she would be interested in, any suggestions?

My other concern about using 100%VG in cartos. The main reason that I never tried many VG juices is that I had enough problems with PG juices in cartos(mostly Boges) when I first started. I also used 510s and the batteries she has(V2s) apparently take KR808s. I guess my question is this: Are there any 808 cartos that work easily with VG?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi...Nice of you to help a friend out...the world could use more people like you; of course, they can all be found here on this site. I also had a problem w/pg. I found that upping the vg while still using a small amt. of pg. worked best for me. I do a lot of mixing my own juices which helped. I can recommend www.essentialdepot.com for both pg & vg - great prices & fast shipping. There are other vendors listed w/ECF that I know a ton folks here use. Good luck to you & again 'bravo' for trying to help a friend!

As far as using VG in 808 cartos goes, o2vapor sells VG pre-filled cartos exclusively(info is on their about us page) as well as blanks and their clearos that they call Infinity.

I've run a lot of Boba's Bounty and Massive Chocolate Mint through their clearos (they had them 10 for $40 and I hate filling cartos) using nothing but a Volt battery. Lots of vapor.

Hi RenRay
Bullette the VG fan here.
Lots of folks say the vg juice is too thick & doesn't wick well. My experience is that it depends on the vendor as to how thick their vg juice is.
I'm a fan of Johnson Creek Red Oak line of juice. Their juice seems thin enough to wick well. It comes in glass bottles with childproof caps shrink wrapped. They are registered with the FDA & list all their ingredients. Each bottle includes a separate dropper cap + a small plastic dripper bottle. I think your friend would feel confident using their juice.

Thanks! I'm always glad to help someone out, especially if it gets them to stay off analogs. I'm trying to keep things really simple for her, but that site might work well for me. I've been considering trying some DIY myself.

Wow, prefilled VG 808s are perfect. O2Vapor might be just what she needs to keep it simple. Thanks!

She could save a lot of money and have no problem running VG if she started off with a setup a little more substantial than mini batts and pre-filled cartos. Not to mention have a much better vaping experience overall.

I agree completely, but right now she's stuck on analog look-alikes. They're working okay for her with a PCC, but when she wants to try something else I'll certainly have some suggestions.
