A few more questions on the caro tank thing

Ok I need some new tanks now so Im thinking 2 texas tough tanks now and 2 valley vapes when dude gets back off vacation,I usually keep four tanks with my favs in them,Now for the fun part I have been using the tank cartos with the flange on the bottom on these cheap tanks i keep going through.I have a Provari I usually use a 2 ohm carto,I do not know anything about the boge cartos, A) whats the difference B) do they work well without the flange on the botom mine have C) which ones should I buy for the texas tank D) is there some place I can get them cheap at in bulk say 10 or more they are $ 2.49 on the vape dudes site [seems kind of high ]
