Optimism without common sense and/or reality leads to disaster.

The writing has been on the wall for over a decade. Stocking up is and always will be the only solution for those who wish to continue vaping.

Filling vapers full of hopim will eventually lead to some vapers getting caught with their pants down and going back to smoking.

Hopium is a deadly drug.

A decade huh...? I will continue to stand on this side of the wall. If you decided to join me then maybe this wall will be just a little bit stronger.

I try to look the other way when everyone smears my threads with sarcasm.

I am only trying to be optimistic about the situation, instead of telling everyone these futile attempts by Myvpro.com and others will ultimately eventually get shut down, and to stop trying to raise money to fight this anti-vaping battle.
There was Zero sarcasm in my 1st post.

Merely a giant dose of Truth and Reality.

Those who closely followed what was going on --- have been preparing and stocking up, for years.

I started in 2015...FF...in 2021 I is set for the Vapocalypse.

The title of this thread is misleading and someone may read it and think there's no need to stock up. It should be changed.
But that is exactly what this thread means... Did you not read the source info? April 1st , MyVpro and others have the majority of the US covered with other shipping networks instead of the major carriers.

Ok, thanks Mr. Nastrodomous. I guess I'll stop now. Seems like the consensus is that my thread is complete BS. Guys could have just said these "shipping networks" won't work because of x, y, and z

April 1st???

Fools Day.

Ahem... do you have a link showing exactly who these shipping networks are AND their "nationwide" coverage map?

Does it look anything like Sprint's, Verizon's or AT&T's? :D

Can ya hear me now? ;)

Using the vague promise of a few vendors as a basis for declaring there isn't a vape mail ban anymore is way beyond optimistic. If it was viable today why would most online vendors declare they are shutting down?

Thanks for changing the title.

I don't know why folks are so focused on the mail issue .. yes, it's a problem, but the PACT Act is much more onerous than just shipping ::

  • Register with the U.S. Attorney General
  • Register with federal government and tobacco tax administrators of each state they sell products in
  • Collect all necessary taxes (local and federal) and add tax stamps to all products sold
  • Report a list of transactions in each state to each state’s tax administrator, including the customers, their addresses, and the products they purchased
  • Use a commercially available database to verify customer age
  • Use a shipping service that collects an adult signature on delivery
  • Maintain a 5 year record for any delivery that was interrupted because the package carrier believed the customer was violating the PACT (Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking) Act
This thread should be deleted as it is quite misleading ..

It will be more expensive to ship. Plus vendors are shutting their doors every day. The best we can hope for is a shrinking selection of products at higher prices with expensive shipping. It's a vicious circle. Prices go up, choice goes down, the customer base shrinks, more vendors drop out. Vendors aren't likely to invest money in stock or premises and deal with the new reporting requirements with the PMTA deadline coming up.

Maybe some kind of vaping market will continue to operate. It won't be like it has been in the past though.
