Okay, so I am wondering - does ECF simply not have any PMs? Or is there some super secret way to do it? Also, I was trying to find the Canadian forum and I can't quite seem to find it - an y help would be much appreciated, thanks

PM's are called conversations now. The Canada forum is under the section titled "Community", under the subsection "National Forums".

Yep, they used to be called PM's but now with the new forum software they're called conversations.
