I'm a little upset with RMV.... I know its prob not their fault, but i ordered a bottle of juice from them Tuesday night and did not receive my package today which is sat. So that means i wont be getting .... till Monday..... I live in south Florida. I have had to resort to analogs because of this. On the website it states it can take up to 4 days. I ordered from electronic stix and received my order within 3 days priority mail (see my other post very satisfied). i know its free shipping, but i would have loved to paid the 3 bucks or whatever to get it to me faster. However, there is no option for that. also, they use stamps.com (their getting ripped off) to track packages which is a complete joke. I just wish i knew it was going to take longer than 4 days or else i would have ordered somewhere else. Prob will give RMV one more chance and its just because of the prices. Im sorta happy they were out of stock of the 510s i wanted because now i see it would have take forever to get to me! Just thought i let everyone know here that their website is wrong and it can take longer than 4 days.

Have you thought it could be the USPS? which sucks azz!! before trashing a supplier!!!!!
Ive always been extremly happy with RMV.Ive never had a single problem.Wish I could say the same for USPS!!!!!
USPS tracking is also a joke.. Most likely is USPS and not the supplier's fault. Ive had it happen too..
I understand your frustration. Waiting on shipping is no fun. Personally I do not worry about shipping times anymore. Stocking up eliminated this problem. I generally make sure I have enough hardware and juice to last a good 6 to 9 months.
Stop being a weenie. RMV is a solid supplier. If you mis-timed your needs, and expected your supplier to ship within your tight window of 'oh crap, I am out of supplies', then you are being unreasonable.
I have had great service from RMV. Once the package is left with USPS, it's out of their hands. Sorry you're in a bind, but RMV is a good supplier.
It's most likely USPS, not RMV's fault. I almost always get my orders from them in 3 days. They've been nothing but tops IMO.

^^ Veterans Day is November 11th, so that's Wednesday.
And like others have said to the OP, dont run your supplies so close to the wire next time and also, once RMV ships your stuff, it's up to the USPS as to how quickly it gets there. If you're gonna be mad at anyone, be mad at yourself for letting yourself run out of supplies and at the USPS for being unpredictable. My mail lady decided to not deliver my mail or anyone else's in our neighborhood today. It'd be kinda silly for me to start ranting about the people I ordered my new 510 kits from wouldnt it?

Mine took a little longer than the usual two days the last time I ordered as well. I know Dave just moved his business and has new people helping him at the new location. He's been a superior vendor in the past and I will be patient as he gets settled in the new place. I had to order from another vendor for my last order since RMV stock was thin (I really needed new atty's) but I'll be back with RMV for the next order.
RMV's shipping speed for me has always been good. Usually no more than four business days from time of placing the order. But sometimes it is slower but it is the USPS. Ugh... My only problem that I have with RMV is the constant low/no stock. But I guess that is because of the good prices. LOL!

You ordered late Tuesday night. Your order was packaged and shipped by Noon Wednesday. I feel this is very good turn around time and you couldn't get any better elsewhere.
You said that my site says 4 days. Where does it say this? In my shipping info under terms and conditions it says first class mail is 3-5 days. This is talking of ship time. I give this time frame because this is the time frame from the post office. I do find that normally things get to people within 2-4 days.
I would like to explain something that I feel a lot of people misunderstand. How to calculate shipping days.
Your order shipped on Wednesday. So you actually are only on day 3 of shipping.
Wed to Thur 1, Thur to Fri 2, Fri to Sat 3
Thats how it works. On Monday it will be 4
Stating all this I hear peoples request for Priority mail and I want to add this option. I ahve mentioned it in the past, but I have been a bit overloaded lately for side projects and unfortuantely with the system I use its a tedious setup for this option. I will get this done within 48 hours and have priority option.
If you did order 510 kits it would not ahve taken this long anyways.
All kit orders and orders over 100$ are shipped priority mail which is 2-3 days

I can't find a site that has the prices RMV has that's NOT an overseas deal.
I've only made 1 order with them and it came within 4 days.

Why be mad at RMV? He shipped quickly, your anger should be directed at USPS. He is an awesome supplier with very reasonable prices. After it goes to the post office, it's out of his hands.
Don't give up on a dependable supplier because of the USPS. It's just something we have to deal with when ordering anything off the internet.
