It's all part of deterrent measures. There was a case earlier this year with a high-profile individual who was arrested on drug charges and they found vape gear with THC-laden juices on him.

There are idiots out there who are using vape gear in a manner that seriously flouts the law by vaping both soft and hard drugs.
