A month in, the journey so far.....

Still not sure if there's a right way or a wrong way regards vaping ? i'm still smoking but between 3 - 4 a day. Not too bad from 20+ plus a day, Saved a little money in the process as i experimented a little in my first month of vaping. I presume i can still call my self a newbie regarding all this as it only been just over a month. I experimented with different flavours some are better then others. I been a mainly menthol smoker for a long time.

Been vaping on a Kanger Tank Pro 3 on a multi volt battery 4 - 4.8 volt and a Ego Starter kit. I await my first mechanical mod Vamo V6 but as i ordered this with Fast Tech it could take some time before it arrives to my door. I'm in the uk and so far i can't track my order on the site as it takes 24 hours to update.

Currently winning a bid on Ebay for a Vamo v5, 18650 batteries and a charger. Obviously i want to save money but i also want to get things right i do need charger and batteries the ebay auction works out the same if i bought a charger and batteries alone. So a free Vamo 5 then why not.

I think it be a good idea for a regular post from people which are fairly new to the concept of vaping and their journey so far. I'm sure we could all contribute in some way.

I'm a little over a week and a half in, myself. Welcome to ECF though! The forum cutoff is five posts - I passed that a while ago, but I think I'll be a "newbie" for quite a bit longer. Luckily there are lots of veterans here to help out.

My journey so far:

Friend mentioned he'd switched to a Green Smoke kit, and had all kinds of praise for it. Peaked my interest, so I got a starter kit and was amazed at how satisfying the e-cig was. I smoked two cigarettes that day.

Day two I smoked one cigarette, but used up three of the prefilled cartomizers for the green smoke kit. Figured I'd need a hell of a lot more, so I ordered a full 20 packs (100 cartos).

Day three I stopped smoking completely, and started watching youtube vids about green smoke. Some of the links to the right showed crazy mechanical gizmos and puffs of smoke, so I clicked one. That was the floodgate. After spending the rest of the day reading and watching more videos, I was sure I needed a PV better than the cigalike.

Came to ECF, asked a few questions, and now I'm on an iStick and Nautilus mini. Crazy good compared to the green smoke cigalike. I have an MVPv2 on the way and an aerotank v2. I am itching to order more stuff as well, but I'm trying to keep myself from too much shiny-itis.

Now I'm on the great journey to find some juices that I love. There are so many options that it's overwhelming ~ but in a good way.
