can all experts not make a new atomizer for more healthcare ?Then now we have not a controll what for a temperature good for the human body is ,then in high temperatrure with 901 or 801 atomizer the liquids make more agressive chemical subsatnce ,is 200°or 300° good for inhaltion of PPG or VG or PRG ??????OR MAKE THIS TEMPERATRURE MORE CANSER SUBSTANCE IN THE LIQUID ß

Make atomizer can they, but mass production how?????? Patent lawsuit godzilla buttrape for the human wallet is. Liquid change for more healthcare less godzilla lawsuit buttrape. With FDA not make new e-liquid friend, make new liquid more smart sense.

Hope this helps.

OK....that's it......I'm officially over the edge now!!!!
I understood both of these!!!!:pervy:

It's a bit like a Google translation ;)

But there is a serious side to this also - though VPs are hardly a major health hazard, temperature control would be a big step forward.

This is definitely the funniest thread I have ever read. But yes, after the godzilla lawsuit buttrape, why shouldn't we have temp control? Herbal vaporizers have temp control. If we could run, lets say 6v since that seems to be the top end of the vaping spectrum, and stick a potentiometer on it. I think that would work pretty well to make an easy to use multi temp device. (I make no claim at being an electrical engineer so if I'm wrong about the potentiometer thing, I look forward to being corrected shortly) :D

Here's a variable voltage circuit that doesn't waste the battery as an inline pot would do.

It would just need a thermistor hooked in with an op amp switch for temperature control. An extra connection would be needed in the atty.

I don't think it can be done that simply because of the lag for the thermistor to heat up and cool down. For a mass produced product the way to go would be a microcontroller that anticipates reaching the desired temperature and regulates the voltage.
Feedback and Temperature Control for the masochistic.
In practice I find the circuit I posted, a manual switch and a bit of experience gives enough control.

Welllll... if you want to put the slightest amount of smarts in the circuit, you don't really need the thermistor (or a thermocouple) to close the feedback loop. Nichrome resistance as a function of heat is pretty predictable. A circuit with just a little brains can monitor the voltage across the coil as it delivers the current, and adjust as required to get the desired final resistance. A quick cold-coil calibration would be required or recommended.

But, as has been mentioned before, at the end of the day I think we're really looking for a circuit that will deliver a fixed POWER... not current, voltage, or trying to figure out temp as a function of resistance.

Hmmm, sounds best to me scottbee, imagine the cost of a variable heat atty. I can't afford them now!! (Well, I like to get a dozen at a time). I was under the opinion that the nichrome wire does only transmit so much heat before it blows off the solder anyway.
What we really need is a coil with far better non-charring insulation inside. I just lost another this morning because the wadding got scorched and fell out. I put it aside, maybe can di-sect is later for a closer look. The darned thing tasted great up until the last puff. (not even two weeks old.) Bummer. It was one of the Joye302 attys.
