A new reformed smoker joins the fold

Hi there,

So, kicked the coffin nails after 14 years of too many a day.

I tried to change to the vape in 2012, but it only lasted a few months before I fell back into the cigs.

Now, with the current taxes etc. on the cigarettes I thought "Why not jump back on the vape wave?".
First two weeks have now passed, and the vaping has taken it's hold in me again - This time I hope it's for good.

Hopefully having the missus along for the ride will make it more entertaining!

Vapin' one for a hopefully tastier smoke-free life!

Thanks Joe,
Getting her convinced was quite the challenge, but she finally caved in and seem to be enjoying herself now (Apparently she has joined the RY4 "Gang").



One thing I've noted "down here" (Being from the northern parts of Europe), is the lack of quality and reputable physical shops in general - Possibly where to find the gourmet liquids etc. too.

Using the postal service is a bit iffy, so if you or anyone for that matter hear of any good portuguese shops, please do not hesitate to drop me a line.

I don't think it can get any less stressful to quit smoking then vaping and even with vaping it's good to get off the nicotine but that's just what I'm doing .

Welcome! Glad to hear you're off cigarettes again. Glad to hear you got your wife vaping, too. Sure wish MY wife would get off the stinkies. I have to put up with the smell while I'm trying to vape something that tastes and smells really good.

Welcome to the forum Metis. I also tried and failed (with cigalikes) in 2012 but since upgrading at the end of 2013 it's been nearly a year completely off the ciggies for me

Welcome and congrats.. Metis I did the same thing on and off for awhile. Then I got the right setup and juice and will never turn back...
