I was bad today - had a bowl of ice cream for dinner. Had some in my freezer and needed to get it out of my sight, LOL.

I bought Ice cream the other day....toffee crunch !! I thought it sounded great like a Heath bar......ick...it's nasty ! Steve doesn't even like it !!!

For hubby. Pork loin chops with peach jam glaze(left overs) and a baked sweet potato.. for me Chicken barley soup.. still not feeling up to snuff.
Mike made some home fries and sausage gravy. I make the eggs, biscuits and watermelon slices.

Oh MK that sounds so good. I love breakfast for dinner too, the kids get such a kick out of it.
I made a small roast..so tonight it will be hot roast beef sandwiches! I like mine with au juice, Mike prefers beef gravy...maybe a bowl of sliced peaches on the side.
OH MK my hubby and I have a special "adult only" name for that. You probably know what is since I would think some young man in the military probably came up with the name. I like those sandwiches but I have to agree with Mike I do them open face with brown gravy.
Class, I have smaller kids and like to spend my time with them, so no we won't go out. Going out to dinner with 3 kids is just crazy, hubby usually cooks and then everyone helps clean up the kitchen. (well, kinda clean)

Got a tri-tip marinading for the grill, baby artichokes sauteed in garlic and olive oil, and baked sweet potato tonight. When i'm off work for a couple days I like to grill, thank goodness my roomate loves to cook all the time and she's great at it 
Again the Gary creature amazes me! A Norwegian dish, salmon broild with spices and mayo, placed upon a piece of baguette bread, hardboiled egg, olive oil drizzle, creamed horseradish, mayo on top of it all, and finally capers! OMG! So good!
Tonight I am making my marinated wings ( wine & soy sauce) broiled tossed in sweet chili sauce, carrot sticks & celery sticks. dessert is a key lime cheese cake from scratch ( finally can make him his birthday cake!)

Wanna hear something funny! One of my favorite meals (which I might have tonight) is Fish sticks and macaroni and cheese. I know it's a cheap meal but LOVE IT!!!
Just junk yard hot dogs tonight! What ever is here..cheese, pickles, chili. onion ..goes on top.
Daughter is bringing the ham for me to cook..she is working most of the weekend as is son. I said I would cook on Sat. and they could all come by when they can! The rest of the meal will be watermelon, potato salad, cole slaw and beans. All cold and ready to eat.
