speaking of companies that can a little daunting to order from...vaporrenu...love the options but I have literally seen people come to this forum who say they can't find where on the page to order the juice...if they can't find that they certainly will not order.

on BWB, the juice really really changes given time...its one of those juices that are so hard to review because at day 10 day 20 and day 30 you may honestly get 3 different flavors...I really didn't care for his caramel cap until after 20 days...then viola it was sweet and wonderful and coffee tasting...very hard juice to review. The other side of that is if you like the juice on day one you have to vape it fast because it may change for the worse...depending on your opinion of the steeped vs non steeped flavor.

That being said BWB has some really good flavors and I have reordered same flavors before and probably will again.

Thanks for the comments Goldenkobold. As I said in the annotations, I let this steep for about two weeks. I'll keep it around and revisit it in the future. Maybe it will change enough to warrant another review, but let me say this...

If a juice is going to taste like this out of the box one of two things should happen,

1) the vendor should send it with instructions not to use it for 14 days, 20 days, 30 days, etc. An educated consumer makes the best customer. Remember that girl I talked about in the beginning rant. I guarantee she doesn't understand what "steeping" is. So the average consumer gets it, loads it, vapes it, hates it, and throws it away, having no idea it was supposed to sit on the shelf and steep for 20+ days! If it's THAT important to let it steep, that vendor should tell you about it on the site, when you order, in the received order confirmation, and in big bold lettering on fluorescent paper in the order!

2) The vendor holds the liquid long enough to get it's flavor correct. Think about it like buying alcohol. When you buy alcohol, you don't get it in it's fermentation stage, you get it after it's fermented and ready for consumption. Perhaps a juice that really needs a lot of steeping, should be made in batches, allowed to steep, and only sold to a customer when the flavor it correct.

But as of right now, after two weeks, I can't give it a positive review due to that rubbery flavor I'm getting.

Thanks again!!

Yea,
I am not saying it is good or bad, it is just the nature of the beast with these freshly made juices. Some of the flavors don't really change all that much...some change to the point of being a different experience all together, I am in the habit of sharing my flavors I am going to review with others, either here on ECF, or in the local area so I can get a second opinion. The person I was sharing the caramel cap with thought it was another flavor than the one I gave her 20 days prior...so it is a noticeable change and not just my imagination.

Not all BWB juices are so drastic though, in the tobaccos, in my opinion, it is more of a balance between flavors changing than drastic flavor changes...that being said I don't plan on vaping any casablanca under 20 days old. His peach is good from day 1 to end of the bottle.

Hey P, I love the bartender analogy! I really have to agree to an extent. When I started vaping, I went to numerous different vendors knowing sort of what flavor I wanted to try but not knowing what the hell to get as far as options go. It took a pretty penny of investigating to figure out what worked for me.

I actually enjoyed the Applewood but I liked Liberty Flights Apple more, I think. LF Apple to me tasted exactly like AppleJuice and BWB's Applewood, though good, kind of had an odd coolness to it(not menthol but coolness, odd I know) and it wasn't bad, but the TH was a little too much for me at 18mg. I ended up trading it. I do enjoy an honest review and since this is my first time checking your reviews, I feel comfortable knowing that everytime I open one of your threads up, I'll hear what you actually feel about a product.

All in all, well done sir.

I really liked your rants... I completely agree... especially with the customization...
I always ask the seller to use their ideal blend...

The tobacco component of the vapes is a tobacco absolute that don makes himself.
It's one of those things you either like or don't like...
Like with fresh leaf tobacco... it always tastes like wet socks to me... no matter who makes it... Don doesn't do one like this (Thank God ;-)

I prefer the Virginia base to the maxboro base.
He does use 3-4 other processes for tobacco... hunter's, Casa, Adirondack and ?i forget, use a different base that he makes...

If you have the patience.
Shelf that Applewood for 5-6 months...
I have done this twice and it was worth it...
The tobacco totally changes. It becomes dominant and very strong.

I don't mind having to wait on a juice. I do mind ordering a juice three times and getting a different juice three times. I won't name names, but you'd be surprised who I'm talking about because everyone likes their juice.

Inconsistency is as bad as making bad juice.

I completely agree about your inconsistency point. I haven't experienced it yet with juices, but I have with restaurants. It's one of the main reasons restaurants fail. First you need a good product, then you need to deliver that product the SAME WAY over and over again if you want to succeed!

This is by far my biggest irritation in the vaping world. I don't know if it's who you're talking about, but I've found that a vendor whose abbreviation starts with an F and ends with an A and the middle part has the letters SUS has some issues with this.

One of two things is probably happening:

1) They're not being accurate enough in writing their formulas down and then sticking to them.
2) They're changing or forced to change their suppliers for the juice's ingredients.
