My first order with them was messed up also. I ordered 8 flavors at 5mls per and 1 (one) 30ml flavor. I received 9 (nine) 5ml flavors. When I sent a note about the mix up, I was told I needed to send a picture :glare: I had to get my daughter to help with that one but I got it off and they sent the 30ml along with a free 5ml for the mistake. These type of errors does make ya wonder what else are they screwing up?

On a positive note, their chocolate malt and chocolate hazelnut tobacco are very good :w00t:

Great reviews man, I like the background too, haha. Do you think going with a 40/60 mix would crank up the throat hit?

That's a good question that I don't know the answer to. You always here that more PG provides more TH, but that's not the experience I've had. I've had 100% VG juice at 12mg that has 10x the TH of 100% PG juice at the same nic level. So I think it depends more on the vendor, the ingredients, and the nic they are using.

Exactly. If they can't be bothered to do something as simple as getting the labeling right on a product they know is going to be reviewed and if they have a history of screwing orders up, how are we to know that the nic levels are correct, that safe handling procedures have been followed, or that the e-liquid ordered is the e-liquid a person is going to receive? Thanks for the review, I'll be steering clear of this vendor.

I can't review the juice yet-I just ordered last night (Sept.10) but I can say their customer service is excellent. I told them I would be traveling soon and they actually put together my order today, Sunday, and included a sample bottle of Chocolate Hazelnut tobacco with my order and got it to the PO for shipment tomorrow morning. Can't beat that. I think its unfortunate that they mislabled the review product but after cruising the review threads here on ECF, I haven't found one person who doesn't like their juice. I've had other vendors mislabel their juice flavors too so it happens. Goodejuice sent me black licorice instead of Cuban Cigar so it happens. They are a new vendor and so I think this was an unfortunate fluke. I'll report back if my juice is mislabeled.

No thanks. That was the worst vendor I have ever dealt with. When my package arrived, it had leaked. I emailed them about and got the run around. Yes, they were going to replace it but it took 4 emails for it to happen plus pictures. I finally got aggrivated and told them to keep the replacements. I PIF'd what I had that wasn't leaking...don't want their stuff in my house ever again. The owner is extremely rude. The second email I sent was with pics. I still received 2 more emails after that. Ummmm...the pics should have been enough proof of their poor packaging IMO.

Seriously, do you want to deal with a vendor that can't even label a bottle of juice correctly? I don't. Pretty pathetic that they can't even do it correctly for review purposes.

How were they rude? I emailed them about my order and they were very responsive. Even threw in some freebies with my order. Mine were sent by Priority mail and I inquired why it took the postal service 3 days to get from southern Oregon to northern Oregon. When I inquired, they had it tracked for me and told me what the status was. It came in the standard priority mail box, plus zip lock baggie and bubblewrap. Anyway, that was my one and only experience with them so far.

How did the bottles leak in your order, were they crushed or caps not on correctly? Was it the packing or the Post Office handling?

I liked their juice too, Chocolate hazelnut tobacco, RY4, and their chocolate malt is very tasty. All were labeled correctly. I'll be ordering from them again. Of course if I experienced what you did, I'd have a different opinion.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience with them. When starting out, that is not a good way to treat a customer.
