How were they rude? I emailed them about my order and they were very responsive. Even threw in some freebies with my order. Mine were sent by Priority mail and I inquired why it took the postal service 3 days to get from southern Oregon to northern Oregon. When I inquired, they had it tracked for me and told me what the status was. It came in the standard priority mail box, plus zip lock baggie and bubblewrap. Anyway, that was my one and only experience with them so far.
How did the bottles leak in your order, were they crushed or caps not on correctly? Was it the packing or the Post Office handling?
I liked their juice too, Chocolate hazelnut tobacco, RY4, and their chocolate malt is very tasty. All were labeled correctly. I'll be ordering from them again. Of course if I experienced what you did, I'd have a different opinion.
I'm sorry you had a bad experience with them. When starting out, that is not a good way to treat a customer.
