Hello Jackie, no worries, Knowing Tim from Vaporbeast.com he will take care of any issues you have. His service is simply the best! I have had issues with Ego's and other eCigs, but nothing with My Switchback so far! Many of these e-cigs have a dud or two along the way! The important thing will be working with a Vender that stands behind their products and Vaporbeast has never let me down! Let me know how it all turns out?

... heard back from Tim in both an email & a PM that I was not pointing the switch to the charging side! Mea culpa, Tim/VaporBeast! NOW I feel like an idiot! BUT ... I'm back to thoroughly enjoying this very cool device! For those of us who have TWO all day vapes, it's the best (and only) PV out there!
