Yup there like new once cleaned , I've been doing mine for some time, good thought to show this Phil.

Phil, when I do mine I take the wrap off (Filler), this allows me to wash the inner blankets that cover the coils themselves and get all the burned up stuff off of them, I simply re-wrap it and put it back together and in the tube, it is a bit more work but it ensures all the bunt stuff is out completely. the inner blankets do get burnt and you wont see this unless you un-wrap it.

If the clear tube leaks after cleaning, I have been stuffing these into 3ml syringes (same as with CE2 clearos).

Good tip mwa102464! Should be easy enough to do! I was happy with the results without removing the wrap which is why I didn't dig any deeper into the carto. Maybe for a "nastier" carto I can try this.

Good vid Phil, thanks for that. I've been using syringe flushing for steel ones, but haven't tried cleaning the clears yet, figuring they would certainly leak. If they do, Eddie's tip about the 3ml syringe sounds great, now I have to get some of those! Thanks guys.
