I have recently joined this great forum, or organization as it should be labeled. But my main worry while we, as new members mull around this great site we are forgetting one VERY IMPORTANT ITEM. That is the joining and support of CASAA. New vapors are not aware of the battle that is being waged against our industry and it's very survival is at stake by scaremongers who consider the electronic cigarette as a dangerous curse that needs to be stamped out. The FDA is RIGHT NOW, formulating regulations that could put most of the industry out of business and leave us with few options.
I URGE ALL NEW MEMBERS, to take a few minutes and review the CASAA site or here on the forum. I urge you to join and lend your voice to the cause.
I am a new member myself but, I cannot emphasize enough, the need to join and get involved. As a past smoker of almost 2 packs a day for 40 years and already been diagnosed with COPD. I have tried them all, gum, patches, pills, Chantix, everything... Until I picked up an e cigarette. Now smoke-free for 2.5 years and feel that I have a new lease on life I see the importance of getting involved. I do not want to resort to smoking again. I witnessed the terrible, painful and slow death that my Mother experienced as a life-long smoker who eventually died of slow suffocation called, Emphysema...
Get involved, make a difference and protect your God-given rights!!
I'll get off my soap box now...
