The positive response, welcome, and knowledge of this particular community overwhelmed me minutes after my first post! So to give back to the community (the entire online vaping community, feel free the share everywhere) I thought about recipes. There seems to be all sorts of websites that took stabs at holding recipes, but fell short of their dream or are no longer maintained.
The ejuice Cookbook! A maintenance-free, organized, standardized, filterable, searchable database to store/share you're recipes.
The registration is free (just there to prevent spam) and the system is incredibly simple.
The website is hosted at ejuice.sytes.net

It's for posting recipes only. Make sure you give credit where it's due.
Try to submit all recipe's in percentages please! Not everyone wants
to make 30ML just to try a recipe. I will include an example in the
spoiler below:

Converting any recipe to a percentage is simple...
Take this recipe for example...
Maybe you love it so much you want to make a 30 ml bottle...
So just times all the numbers by 10 right? I don't know about you, but I certainly don't want to have to count 900 drops of base...
The simple way to convert ANY recipe is to add your values then divide:
90 + 15 + 10 + 5 = 120
90 / 120 = 75% (0.75)
15 / 120 = 12.5% (0.125)
10 / 120 = 8.34% (0.0833)
5 / 120 = 4.16% (0.0416)
and there's your 100% for ANY volume.
Take this recipe for example...
Maybe you love it so much you want to make a 30 ml bottle...

Let's say you figure you love it SO much you're going to make 120ml bottle:
120 * .75 = 90ml 25mg VG
120 * .125 = 15ml Distilled Water/PGA
120 * .0834 = 10ml Loranns PB (it's actually 10.001 ml, but it's hard to measure a thousandth of a ml so meh)
120 * .0416 = 5ml Loranns MM (it's actually 4.992 ml, but it's only eight thousandths off, so just round up)
And voila! 90ml + 15ml + 10ml + 5ml = 120ml
Now of course if you want to be absolutely dead on you'll need to adjust your unit of measurement or the tools your measuring with accordingly, but the same math still applies!
