my son has a chrome sb that worked fine til yesterday when i changed his carto on his tank. the carto works fine on my provari but is getting nothing from the sb. i put my 3.0 carto on his sb and it works as well as you could expect 3.0 to work on a 3.7v. could this be a center pin problem? ive never experienced this before, help please.
also tried a vivi tank on the sb and nothing?

I remember reading there was an issue reported in a thread on this sub-forum where someone using one of the earlier versions of the Vivi Nova had an issue of pushing the center pin of the Silver Bullet into the mod. The connector of the older VN's was too long. I believe cddc, the maker of the Silver Bullet recommended taking an instrument to pry the center pin out further so that it can make connection correctly with a juice delivery device.

This might be the issue here. Try browsing older threads to find this problem and the specific solution.

Edit: I went 3 pages back here and did find a similar issue; it's not the thread I was referring to above though.

so I had the very same problem with mine, you have to pull the center pin UP on the silver bullet for it to make a connection. I tried using a 510 connection converter so I could use a clearomizer and I thought I had killed my SB.... then realizing that center pin wasn't making a connection I used a pair of tweezers to gently pull up, and wooolah! it worked! but every time I change it to something else, it stops working. as soon as I pull that pin up again, it works.
