Hi everyone,
A little question.. We heat a liquid to form an aerosol. With higher temperature and bigger heating surface, more aerosol forms given that heating time is constant. The more the liquid is turned into aerosol, the more the flavour and clouds we should get. A smaller atomising chamber with same amount of aerosol will yield a denser and hence a more flavourful experience.

So i am guessing if the yield from an atomiser system is good, it is that much good for both cloud and flavour chasing.. The only difference i can think of is a coil can be better for flavour chasing if it is compact enough to fit into a smaller chamber..

Am i right?

For a good combination of flavor and clouds you need a decent amount of airflow, lots of surface area on the coils and a small(ish) chamber. Another key aspect is the temperature to which the juice is heated. Some juices perform better at lower temperatures and you get a much more flavorful vape.

The general advice is that if you want to flavor chase then a small chamber, high resistance, mouth-to-lung(tight airflow), low wattage setup is what you're looking for. If you want CLOUDZ BRO then you would lean more towards big coils, often with lower resistance, a ton of airflow and (often) high wattage. This is quite relative as some people would consider 30W to be "high wattage" while others might call 30W "super low". For me, I like to try and balance these as much as possible to get a decent cloud with a ton of flavor.

My experience is the lower wattages (20 or less) provide the best flavor and 'decent' clouds, however the coils need to have a large wick surface area in contact with the heating element...wide open airflow...my personal sweet spot is 1.00 Ohms but 1.00 to 1.50 Ohms is a good range IMO. I also use rather high VG juice usually 80/20--none lower than 50/50 (except on the rare occasion I get a 'store bought' juice).

As always your mileage may vary.
