I have been doing a lot of reading and I came across this on fasttech , it has to do with requesting refunds for items that you have not received ...about how pay pal will refuse a refund if it has to do with e-cig ,....as far as I am concerned I do not use this appliance for tobacco related products ...and I don't consider the vamo I ordered as an e-cig ,,which I ordered on sept 17th and it has not arrived so seems if I open a pay pal ticket I need to say it is electronic parts?,,i hope everyone else that has used pay pal for e-cig related items reads this ..and decides whats the best way to purchase e-juice related items https://www.fasttech.com/forums/feedback/t/1052448/very-important-notice-ref-paypal/1

I would press forward with the palpal dispute. Fasttech uses as much fear mongering as they can to stop issuing refunds. Obviously they are breaking the rules because all their transactions are through pay pal. Don't mention the word e cigs and escalate the claim.

Fasttech is based outside of the US so they can legally use Paypal for transactions. I would contact Paypal again and ask them to explain why they aren't honoring Fasttech transactions and giving you a refund.

I would also be hounding Fasttech for a refund since their policy is immediate refund or replacement of items that are lost.

Doesn't matter what you consider it, it's PayPal rules and FastTech's, that's the main reason I won't order from them. When I first started vaping, everyone was hung up on a place called DealExtreme, I got burnt there several times and learned that sites that offer "great deals" are not to be trusted. FastTech is just a newer version of DealExtreme.
