A quickie about VV and ohms

Alrighty, of all the pv I've bought (except for ego clones) everything has been vv/vw and I've always used the power settings. Now that I have an MVP I don't have the vw option. What I'm doing so far is just setting it to 3.7 volts and then slowly working my way up to a setting I like, usually 4v. Is this a safe way to do this or do I need to have a deeper understanding of what I'm doing? Most of the cartos I buy are in the 2-3ohm range and I don't buy anything less than that. I do have a Cobra and my coils usually are in the 2ohm range as well. Is there a stead-fast and true formula one can go by or is it all common sense and personal tastes? I admit, vw has spoiled me but I do love my new MVP.

What you are doing is what I do. Start out at a low voltage so I don't burn out my carto/atty and work my way up. It safer that way. Once you get use to the voltage you like for a specific ohms then you can set your voltage in the neighborhood of the voltage that is right for you at that ohm.

You'll be fine. As a general rule I take the ohms and 2 to them. This gets me in target range for best flavor/vapor.In your case that would be 2ohm +2 = 4 volts. Ive found this to be pretty close with all juices and accessories
