A really stupid question.

Guys I apologize in advance for this utterly idiotic question but I've been looking for 20 minutes now and I don't know if I'm just too baked but I cannot find out how I can PM other members.

Wasn't really a question in the end but I'm trying to message a supplier in Canada on these forums for inquiries, but I can't find the damn PM button.

New members can only post in the New Members Forum.
Cannot post links. (Just put spaces in them like this: www. example .com)
Cannot use Private Messaging (PMs).
Cannot have a signature.
Cannot post images (photos) if linked to on another site.

5 to 15 posts:
Members can post in other forums and use Private Messaging.

15 posts and above:
Members can post in all open forums, and can now have a signature.
Note that some forums are private: access is for special membership categories.

You first need to get past the 5-post minimum, then you can begin to use PM.
