So, there's this thread in the negative supplier review forum called "GotVapes Blows". I'd never ordered from GotVapes so, I clicked on the post to see if this may be a vendor that I should avoid.
It seemed that the poster had a bad experience with one of the cartomizers offered by GotVapes; it wasn't what he expected. Now, just because you don't like a product a supplier offers doesn't mean there's anything wrong with the supplier. This got me curious, I wondered what products GotVapes offers. So naturally, I went poking around their website.
I was impressed with the variety of products they carry and found some that I wanted to try out. So, after about an hour and a full cart I checked out. I received discounted upgraded shipping for my $$$ order and got 5% off by signing up for the newsletter. So, in a weird way, a negative supplier review got you a new customer.
I'll be stalking my mailman until I get my order. I even recommended GotVapes to a co-worker based on the product selection!

I don't feel that GV acted nasty... in fact it was the customer in this instance that was out of line and they threw a tantrum because they didn't get their way. It's people that think it's ok to act that way simply because they are the customer that have helped screw up this country.

How true that is Woody.Teebz, that is all we ask! If you have a problem, come to igotvapes.com submit a ticket and work out a resolution. We generally take care of most people that are actually wanting to fix things. As Customer Service manager I have about a 90% success rate, would love to have a 100% but there are just some people that you cannot please no matter what you try. Enjoy your order and I hope everything works the way you want it too!
